Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings are made through the website booking system and are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and the reservation has been accepted.
Check-in and Check‑out
Check-in: From 14:00.
Check-out: By 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are only permitted by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.
Rates
Rates are seasonal and may vary by weekday and weekend booking type. Season 1 commences 12th December through to 30th April. Season 2 commences 1st August through to 11th December. Season 3 commences 1st May through to 31st July.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the terms shown at the time of booking. Unless a different rule is specified during the booking process, the following applies:
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival (by 14:00 three days prior to check-in) qualify for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
- No-shows and Early Departures: No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
- Fees: Any refund that applies will be processed after deducting applicable payment processing or administrative fees, where relevant.
Responsibility
Guests are responsible for checking all booking details carefully before confirming payment. Please ensure that the selected dates, campsite, number of guests, and booking type are correct before completing the reservation.
